During the public sale period which begins at 11:30 AM UTC on April 12th (Tuesday), we will start the Dutch Auction, the price will start at 0.5 ETH per mint, continually decreasing by 0.045 ETH every 20 minutes until it reaches the reserve price of 0.14 ETH. That will last until All XPACE are minted.

(Price change: 0.5E — 0.455E — 0.41E — 0.365E — 0.32E — 0.275E — 0.23E — 0.185E — 0.14E).

But what exactly is a Dutch Auction?

A Dutch Auction is a descending-price auction, which originally gets its name from the sale of estate sales and paintings in Holland. Dutch Auctions have gained popularity within cryptocurrency and NFT projects because it allows for several useful mechanisms:

• Discourages gas wars.
• Allows the community to help set the price-point.
• Establishes an early floor price for the community.

A Dutch auction only works if early minters are compensated in a different way.

2. We will take a snapshot of the early holders’ addresses at 13:00 UTC on April 8th.

4. When the price reaches 0.14E during the public sale, these addresses will receive an additional airdrop of XPACE.
5. The number of airdrops that an Early Holder could receive from each round of the airdrop is equal to the number of XPACE held by the address at the time the snapshot is taken.
